It is our vision to increase women’s interest in becoming (certified) instructors and/or trainers by organizing different type of online workshops and seminars for them. We plan to cover topics from motivation trainings for a young generation, to weekend workshops for trainers and how to build your own chess school/academy, etc. We look forward to a cooperation with newly established “ECU Trainers Commission” that part of the agenda is also to support female players/trainers as well. Majority of the seminars that we will organize will be open to public, but with limited number of places. Make sure you register on time, once the seminar is announced.

Female Training Program: “How to develop and improve yourself as a chesstrainer”

We invite European female chesstrainers to our last webinar this year, 2nd edition with Jop Delemare on November 11, from 13:00 – 17:30 CET. Jop has prepared for you very interesting agenda, this time with a focus on a chess and personal development as a trainer. He’ll also share his successful journey of 20+ training/teaching experience.

The number of places are limited, one country will get only one place (if there are more women from one country interested, we put them on a waiting list) and it’s free of charge for everyone. First come, first serve.

We encourage all participants to switch on their video during the webinar for an active participation and for discussion rounds.
